Sub-processors

Last updated 9 October 2026

We use the third parties below to run the platform. Each is bound to handle personal data only on our instruction and to protect it to a standard at least equivalent to ours.

This list is referenced by the Privacy Policy and forms part of it.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace a sub-processor as the platform changes. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes, and we will give notice to customers on plans whose terms require it before the new party begins processing.

If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us at the privacy address at the foot of this page and we will work with you on an alternative, or you may terminate the affected part of the service.

Meta is not optional

Meta is the first row of the table and the one you cannot opt out of. WhatsApp is Meta’s network: every message you send over it reaches Meta by definition, whichever provider you use to send it. Choosing WhatsApp as a channel is choosing that, and no provider — us included — can change it.

Not on this list

  • Our database. Postgres runs on the same infrastructure as the API rather than at a managed third party, so it is covered by the hosting entry rather than listed separately.
  • Analytics and advertising. There are none. This website carries no third-party analytics tag, and we run no advertising pixels.
